A copy of the records on contracts.ocp.dc.gov, the website where DC's Office of Contracting and Procurement publishes contracts, purchase orders and payments, as we pulled them. About this source. Not a complete record of District contracting or spending.
The contracts, purchase orders, payments and solicitations DC lists on its Contracts and Procurement Transparency Portal (contracts.ocp.dc.gov), copied weekly since August 2026.
Contract amounts here are what a contract's first period lets DC spend, not what it paid. Some agencies list few or none of their contracts on the portal. See what the portal leaves out before quoting a total.
Contracts and purchase orders under DC's computer, software, IT-service and network commodity codes, by agency, vendor and year. The codes miss some software; the page measures how much.
Contracts whose current period ends in the next 6, 12 or 24 months. DC's site doesn't say how many option years are left, so for most contracts that is marked "Not known".
Open solicitations, soonest closing first, and every solicitation back to fiscal year 2013. DC's site doesn't link a solicitation to the contract it became.
Vendors with contracts or orders at several agencies, and a search for one product across agencies. Names are as DC spells them, and a reseller's name covers many makers' products.
Contracts whose paperwork shows a sole-source, emergency, exempt, letter-contract, special-pilot or rider (cooperative) award, or an extension past the last option. We read the paperwork only for current contracts whose attached file names mention a sole source, emergency, letter contract or extension, or whose record looked unusual. Others awarded the same way may not be on the list.
Buying authority, OCTO's review of technology purchases, when the Council must approve a contract, small-business set-asides and contract types, each with its DC Code or DCMR section.
Agencies outside OCP's authority, payments with no contract number, option-period amounts that disagree with the paperwork, records the search drops and fields left blank, each with a number.
Every contract option period, purchase order and payment line, with filters, charts and CSV downloads.
